The human whose name is written in the note will be saved and have eternal life...

Out of every 5 human names written in the note that are written in this note, 2 will be saved within one year itself, and another the subsequent years

This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected
